Shipping

Additional fees for shipping will be charged. I do my best to protect cookies but I cannot guarantee how package will be handled once it's out of my hands. Thus, no refunds on shipped orders.

Cookie orders are mailed out every Tuesday. Order cut-offs are on the previous Friday by 11:59 PM PST. If you'd like your cookies for a special event, please consider the time of your order, your delivery location, and your usual mail delivery time, as we only ship out on Fridays and only via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot hold an order and wait to ship for a customer's future event.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace items that we shipped out to the address that the customer incorrectly inputs. Please make sure you enter the correct address that you would like the items delivered to.
All items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, orders cannot be shipped outside the United States. You must provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. Please note that we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been placed. Shipped orders will not require a signature to complete delivery, and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package.

Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days.

Orders to Southern and Midwestern states typically take 4 to 5 business days

Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 5 to 7 business days

We offer expedited shipping services through USPS.

COOKIE BREAKAGE: We cannot return or refund broken cookies. We have good luck with very minimal to no breakage, but we encourage considering breakage when deciding how many cookies to order.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit or that arrive late due to weather conditions. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

RETURNS

First, please accept our sincere apologies. We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct this error immediately. Please notify us as soon as possible at to resolve the issue email hello@sugarbursstparty.com.

Returns must be notified within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

Returned items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 48 hours in the same manor in which the original payment was made, and may take up to an additional 5-7 business days for bank or credit card processing.

We do not accept returns for sale items and perishable goods such as cookies and other edibles.
